MARCH FOR HUNGER GETS UNDERWAY!
Jesus said, “What you do for one of the least of these, you do for me.” Jesus invites us all to go and make
disciples, and shows us how by caring for the poor. As we serve the community, we proclaim Jesus!
This year we focus our efforts in two ways: at home, and abroad. We partner at home once again with the
Interfaith Food Pantry of Morristown to support the local needs of those families who struggle financially. For
our international hunger awareness drive, we partner with Food For the Poor. Food For the Poor is an inter-
denominational organization focusing on the Caribbean and Latin America, represented by retired pastors
including the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod.
