The event was a great success. ____________________________________________________________________________ On 2/21: Trinity hosted a Concordia Seminary Chorus Performance- Many came and enjoyed the beautiful voices at Trinity Lutheran Church in Morris Plains on Thursday, February 21st, 7pm. Please bring grocery items for the Interfaith Food Pantry and place them in the baskets in the Narthex. The hungry recipients will be very grateful. _________________________________________________________________________________________ † The Interfaith Food Pantry most urgently needs the following: white and brown rice, macaroni and cheese, canned beans (not green), black, kidney and dried beans, regular coffee, regular instant coffee, paper products (toilet paper or paper towels), tuna, pasta (no lasagna), side dishes (Hamburger Helper®, Rice-A-Roni®), canned vegetables; meats and meals such as: canned meats or dinners (canned chicken, stew, ravioli, corned beef hash), low salt items (vegetables, soups), cooking oil (vegetable, olive, canola), boxes of sugar substitutes, sugarless or low sugar items (fruit, jams, cookies), jelly, laundry detergent, and hygiene items (toothpaste, toothbrushes, bar soap, shampoo, etc.) __________________________________________________________________________________________ † Bethania Kids is a Christian mission bringing hope to the poor, abandoned and disabled children in India, equipping them to share God’s love. Donations enable Bethania to accept more children in their orphanages, centers for the disabled, and Kids Centers.
